SHENYANG PARK OUTLETS

SHENYANG PARK OUTLETS is located at No. 98 Puhe Road, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, 24 kilometers away from the city center. It is planned to be the Shenyang New CBD, with surrounding universities, famous enterprises and tourism projects gathered. The project covers an area of more than 100,000 square meters, with a construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters in the first phase and a planned construction area of nearly 40,000 square meters in the second phase. 

The phase I was established in October 2012 and has 3,850 parking spaces.
