Anyang CITS Park Outlets Opening on 23 September 2017
Melco Group Co., Ltd.'s latest project, Anyang Park Outlets , officially opened on September 23, 2017. The project is the first phase of a joint venture between China National Tourism Group and Symphony Holdings Group, to develop the National Tourism Anyang City.
Project-Located in Anyang, it was called "Yin Shang" in the ancient times and has a history of more than 3300 years. It is one of the eight ancient capitals of China, a national historical and cultural city, an excellent tourist city in China, the hometown of Oracle, the birthplace of Zhouyi, and a world cultural heritage. "Yin Ruins" is famous and was one of the centers of early Chinese civilization. Anyang is located in the intersection of Shanxi, Hebei and Henan provinces. It is an important city between Shijiazhuang and Zhengzhou on the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Guangzhou High-speed Railway and Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway.
The Outlets is located in the new development area-"Antang New Town", south of Anyang City. It is a 15-minute drive from the center of Anyang. In addition to the local residents of Anyang, the target group can radiate eight Residents of major cities. The construction area of the first phase of the Outlets is about 120,000 square meters, including the commercial pedestrian street, dining street and outlets. The Outlets is located in the first phase of Area A with a construction area of 48,000 square meters. Positioned as a mid-to-high-end consumer group, with more than 100 domestic and foreign brand discount stores as the main format, a one-stop modern commercial complex that integrates catering, food and entertainment.
Anyang Park Outlets is the third Outlets project of Symphony Holdings Group. Currently, the Group is actively preparing for Xiamen Park Outlets , which is expected to open next year. In the future, the Group also plans to continue to expand different projects in the country, aiming to make Park Outlets a national chain outlet brand, while also strengthening the layout of community shopping malls.
